ACR has really brought things to a new level with the ACR Stormer XL OSS Community Charge Challenge! Twenty-eight members of the ACR Stormers Stream Team have chosen teams from their stream communities to take part in an innovative and new five week challenge during the Online Super Series XL. Teams consist of one ACR Stormer and up to two members from their community. The charge for this challenge is to rack up as many leaderboard points as possible through the duration of the series. The leaderboard for the OSS XL is updated in real time.
- Points are awarded according to the following formula: Square Root (prize pool) / Square Root (finishing place).
- Points are awarded to in-the-money players only.
- Only series events award points.
The teams that are competing in this grueling five week challenge are playing for some XL prize packages thanks to ACR. Not only are they competing for the XL cash prizes ACR has put on the 3 different XL Leaderboards, the top 3 ACR Stormer/Community Teams with the most points at the end of the challenge will be awarded Ticket Bundles of assorted values.
TOP PLACE TEAM will each receive a chunky $500 Ticket Bundle!
SECOND PLACE TEAM will take home a $250 Ticket Bundle each!
THIRD PLACE TEAM will secure a $100 Ticket Bundle each!
Those sweet Ticket Bundles are up for grabs during the OSS XL for our ACR Stormer/Community teams, but so is $60,000 in combined Cash and Ticket Bundle Prizes! This series boasts over 500 events within the H, M, and L Leaderboards. The XL (H)igh Leaderboard is awarding $26,676 in Cash and Ticket Prizes! That’s on top of the massive GTDs running on these events. Our XL (M)edium Leaderboard is still quite large with $12,826 in combined Cash and Ticket Prizes. Rounding out the side action is the (L)ow Leaderboard with a $6,919 Cash and Ticket payout. Now that’s some extra juicy incentives for you to get out there on the felts to grind those OSS series events!
